The gluten-free market (as was) has grown and changed in recent years, most notably,

  • the number of sufferers of wheat intolerance has risen
  • more people are deciding to exclude known allergy 'triggers' from their diet
  • sufferers of IBS are also finding relief of their symptoms by excluding wheat and dairy
  • customers now seek products which are gluten-free, wheat-free and dairy-free as part of the package

The exclusion of wheat from the diet is not always a simple step, and for those who have grown used to traditional baked food the switch to a wheat-free diet can come as quite a shock. We believe that the food you bake should not be readily distinguishable from its traditional counterpart.

Removing the stigma
