Our mission: To bring affordable premium-quality food which does not compromise on taste to the allergy market.

In order to do this we have created our own range of blended flours, baking ingredients and ready-baked food for retail through independent health food shops, farm shops, town markets and online.

The Bia Nua brand is about value and quality. The individual ingredients that we use to make our flours are milled to our own specification at specialist mills in the UK. We then blend those ingredients to our own proportions at our dedicated site so that we can guarantee both the purity and performance of every bag sold.

All of the recipes we develop to accompany those bags of flour are created with ease and simplicity in mind. Our customers range from the enthusiastic and skilled baker right through to the absolute novice. No matter where you sit on this scale you will still achieve a superb result and all in a matter of minutes.

In addition to our flours our ready-baked range is there for those times when you want a snack on the go, or when you fancy a really tasty treat. We will be extending this range steadily to satisfy the growing demand.
