Banana Tea Bread

A very more-ish cake with a wonderful fruity taste and aroma. It uses our hi-fibre flour so if you like cake but feel it's a bit of a guilty pleasure try this one.

Date & Raisin Loaf

This is quick to make, full of fruit and uses our Hi-Fibre flour to give a satisfying fruit loaf which can be buttered or served as it comes. The recipe uses less sugar than for a cake as much of the sweetness comes from the dried fruit. Great for lunch boxes.

Marmalade Teabread

This is one of our recipes which uses the Hi-Fibre flour to produce a more substantial bread-style cake. It is low on sugar and high on taste and could even make a pleasant breakfast treat. It is really simple to bake and keeps well, and is also soya-free.
