Cake Flour

Our cake flour is incredibly versatile so you will find recipes here for Genoese, Madeira, fruit cakes, biscuits, short crust and choux pastry as well as delicious breads.

 

Bread Flour

An excellent standard bread flour so we have recipes ranging from a 2lb loaf to individual rolls, Panini, flavoured breads and scones. It also makes a lovely short crust pastry for savoury pies and pasties and pancakes.

 

Hi-Fibre Flour

Primarily a bread flour which will make delicious wholemeal-style loaves, and which also lends itself to fruited loaves for a healthier snack option.

 

Vegan

If you are on a vegan or egg-free diet then you’ll find a great selection of cakes, bread and biscuits here which have been developed specifically to work without egg. They all meet our very high standards and use one of our flours.
