Although the recipes have been carefully developed there are no chemicals or complicated processes added in. All of the ingredients can be bought organically and all are available from your supermarket, health food shop or local stockist.
These recipes are guaranteed to work and you can contact us if you ever need advice. We're so confident that you will be impressed by the results that we are giving away a recipe free for you to try.
The second stage was to create our own range of blended flours and baking ingredients for retail through independent health food shops, farm shops, town markets and online.
Think life is too busy for baking? You could have the ingredients weighed and mixed in the time it takes to boil the kettle and brew a cup of tea or coffee.
What about the taste? We have used our own recipes dozens of times on social occasions, for parties, school fetes and more, and we always receive compliments on how good the food tastes - from people who have no food intolerances. They do not know that what they are eating is wheat-, gluten-, and dairy-free so most of the time we don't let on.
Want to know how much you can save? If you buy just one loaf of gluten-free/wheat-free bread per week you will spend around £117 a year (based on a £2.25 400g loaf). If you bake a Bia Nua loaf each week (also 400g and which can be frozen if required) you will only spend £39 a year. That's an average saving of £78 just on one product!
